1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Service Terms

When bringing in devices for repair or requesting on-site services, you agree that:

  • You are the legal owner or authorized representative of the device/system.
  • You have backed up all personal data, as we are not liable for any data loss during repairs.
  • Initial diagnostic fees may apply even if you choose not to proceed with the repair.

3. Warranty & Liability

We provide a limited warranty on hardware repairs and parts installed by our team, typically spanning 30 to 90 days depending on the service. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, software issues, or subsequent mishandling by the user after the device has been returned. Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the repair service provided.

4. Payment & Abandonment

Full payment is required upon completion of the service before the device is released. Devices left at our facility for more than 60 days after repair completion or diagnostic notification, without prior arrangement, will be considered abandoned and may be recycled or sold to cover service costs.
